These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sharps ("the Service"), operated by Sharps ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sharps provides AI-generated sports predictions and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. Our predictions are generated by AI analysts and should not be considered financial or betting advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sharps. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to access sports betting information in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

New accounts include a 7-day free trial
After the trial, a paid subscription is required to access predictions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Disclaimer

Predictions are for informational purposes only. Sharps does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or analysis. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from betting or wagering decisions you make based on our predictions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute our predictions or analysis
Use automated tools to access the Service

Attempt to reverse-engineer our prediction methodology
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, predictions, analysis, and debate transcripts generated by Sharps are our intellectual property. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
